Plugin 1.7 breaks sites, won't work

Hey Atsutane,

I've been using your plugin for almost a year now and love it. I've been keeping it up to date and uploading your latest version as soon as new ones came out.

For some reason when I uploading version 1.7 on Saturday NONE of my sites worked with it. One of them totally crashes to the point where I had to delete the plugin to even use the Wordpress administration page!

Never had an issue like this before with your plugin.

1) My WPMU plugin refused to display the widget on ALL my WPMU sites.
2) On my regular Wordpress installation, everything, (including the Wordpress Admin) totally crashed (your plugin triggered some sort of fatal error with the Genki Announcement plugin (http://ericulous.com/2007/03/09/genki_announcement/)

"Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_genkiannouncement() (previously declared in /var/www/grassrootspa.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/genki-announcement/genki_announcement.php:269) in /var/www/grassrootspa.com/blog/wp-content/plugins/genki-announcement/genki_announcement.php on line 269"

Not sure if this helps but 100% sure 1.7 triggered this (the older versions all worked fine) Any idea what's going on? Want to be able to use your plugin again.

May i know Genki Announcement plugin is for normal wordpress or wpmu only? Because i cant find that plugin in both wp and wpmu... Running wp (2.9) and wpmu (2.8.6)

Anyway i'm try to randomly shot the plugin for fix. Please try the development version and report back.

I am having the same error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare widget_ds_sitewide_output_widget() (previously declared in /[...]/wp-content/mu-plugins/676557512_ds_sitewide_multi_widget.php:30) in/[...]/wp-content/mu-plugins/676557512_ds_sitewide_multi_widget.php on line 30

Another plugin is incompatible I guess.

What version did you use? 1.7 or 1.7-Trunk-2?

Awesome, the Development version "1.7.1.2.Dev" seems to work. Thanks Astustane!

Hmmm, its weird, the Development version seems to work on all my WPMU sites (and on my normal Wordpress installation) but in one the Admin page for your plugin triggers a fatal error on the bottom of the admin screen right below the "Encoding" section:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bbld_utf8() in /var/www/grassrootspa.org/wp-content/plugins/bbpress-latest-discussion/BBpress.php on line 692

Obviously the plugin doesn't display properly in the sidebar...

Sorry bout that error... Forgot to remove that one. By the way what do mean not display properly?

Oh on the site where I get that fatal error in the admin area the widget does not show up on the site. Maybe it will work when that error is resolved.

I'm giving you a quick hack on how to resolve the error. Open up the conflict plugin (Not Bbpress Latest Discussion) and find "widget_init". Replace that into "init". Example:
```
add_action('widgets_init', 'widget_init_adbuttons_widget');
```
Change into
```
add_action('init', 'widget_init_adbuttons_widget');
```
